ABSTRACT

Introduction & Objectives: Urothelial cancer is a lethal disease with a rising incidence. The current imaging modalities for staging, either CT of the chest, abdomen and pelvis or FDG PET/CT, have issues. CT is known to have relatively low sensitivity for detecting low volume metastatic disease, while FDG PET is predominantly renally excreted and has intense activity in the urinary tract, which limits its utility to detect bladder or upper tract lesions, or nodal metastases in close proximity to the urinary tract. Utilizing 89Zr-TLX250, which is predominantly hepatically cleared, may improve imaging in these scenarios. The aim of this study is to explore the feasibility, safety, and utility of Zirconium-89-Girentuximab (89Zr-TLX250) PET/CT in the accurate staging of bladder and urothelial cancer as compared to FDG PET. Material(s) and Method(s): ZipUp is single-arm, phase I trial examining the feasibility, safety, and utility of 89Zr-TLX250 PET/CT in patients either undergoing pre-operative staging of urothelial carcinoma or bladder cancer for curative intent, or with known metastatic urothelial carcinoma or bladder cancer. Following Ethical approval (HREC ID: RGS3940), all participants undergo 89Zr-TLX250 PET/CT and will need to have undergone recent FDG PET/CT for means of comparison (Figure 1. Trial Schema). This trial aims to recruit 10 participants undergoing pre-operative staging prior to planned cystectomy and 10 participants with known metastatic disease. The primary endpoint is feasibility defined by the ability to recruit to the target sample size within the study duration. Secondary endpoints are safety, tolerability and sensitivity/specificity in detecting lymph node metastases (pre-cystectomy group) compared with FDG PET/CT. Result(s): Since May 2021, 15 patients consented to participate, but 2 patients subsequently withdrew. 7 patients did not proceed to dose administration and imaging due to COVID-19 pandemic related supply issues of IMP which would have delayed initiation of treatment. 6 patients have been enrolled with imaging performed. . 5 pre-cystectomy staging group . 1 metastatic group Conclusion(s): If 89Zr-TLX250 PET/CT is proven to be feasible, safe, and effective in staging urothelial cancer, it could improve the appropriate selection of treatment for patients with metastatic or primary urothelial carcinoma or bladder cancer. ABSTRACT

The study deals with an analysis of the contents of the publications of the campaign (Together to defeat Corona), which was established by the United Nations Development Program in Iraq in the face of the Covid 19 virus. The research problem raises a main question: What are the implications of the campaign (Together to defeat Corona) of the United Nations Development Program (Iraq office) in addressing the Covid-19 virus in Iraq? From this main question, several sub-questions emerged, which were answered by this study in its chapters and investigations, including regarding the contents of advertisements, photos and videos for the publications of the (Together to Defeat Corona) campaign for the United Nations Iraq Office on their Facebook pageAs for the research community, it was represented by the international public relations campaign implemented in Iraq to confront the Corona pandemic, represented by the campaign (Together to defeat Corona) for the United Nations Development Program in Iraq since its launch. As for the research sample, it was represented by the campaign publications on its Facebook page for the period from August 9, 2020 to April 2021, The message reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is the campaign, which consisted of three main axes: pictures, advertisements, and videos. Public relations were clearly used in its work, whether in meetings with the public, field visits to volunteer teams, or in spreading virus awareness programs, and it was to prevent infection through visual and printed means that employed in this campaign. © 2022, Association Res Militaris. ABSTRACT

This study examines the analysis of the contents of the international public relations campaign in confronting the Covid-19 virus, which was taken from the (Your Health is a Trust) campaign for the World Health Organization, Iraq office. The research problem revolves around a main question that is, what are the axes of the campaign (Your Health is a Trust) established by the World Health Organization (Iraq office) in the prevention of Covid 19 virus? From this main question, several sub-questions emerged that this study answered on their Facebook page, and the communication activities of the Covid-19 awareness campaign. In the content analysis form, as this form included a number of main themes and main categories that were adopted in analyzing the content of the campaign. The unit of measurement represented by the topic or idea unit was used, as for the research community represented by the campaign (Your Health is a Trust) implemented by the World Health Organization in Iraq since its launch, and the research sample was represented by the campaign’s publications on its Facebook page for the period from August 9, 2020 to April 2021, and the study found To a number of results, including that the campaign focused on three main axes: advertisements, images, and videos. Advertisements, as well as personal contact (face to face) with the public, distributing flyers and conferences, and disseminating virus awareness programs to avoid infection through health awareness through visual, audio and printed means that I employed in this campaign. © 2022, Association Res Militaris. ABSTRACT

Objective: To determine the pattern of coagulation profile and their association with mortality in COVID-19 patients. Study Design: Retrospective descriptive study Place and Duration of Study: Makkah, Saudi Arabia from 2nd March 2020, to 2nd July 2020. Methodology: One thousand, nine hundred and twenty three conceded COVID-19 patients affirmed with polymerase chain response testing were included. Results: Patients' average age was 58.7±2.75 years. Patients drop was observed 6.4% in the survivor group as compared to 0.8% in the non-survivor group with a significant (p=0.000) association with mortality. Prolonged PT/INR was observed in 16% of patients, having a significant association (P=0.003) with mortality. APTT was prolonged in 29.4% of patients, and a comparison of APTT levels between the survivor and non-survivor groups showed a significant difference (p=0.002. A higher fibrinogen level was seen in 23.2% of patients with a significant (p=0.001). Conclusion: Severe COVID-19 infection is related to coagulopathy that is related to the destitute condition of hospitalized patients. Early and consistent evaluation of the coagulation profile along the disease course can help to treat and prevent disease morbidity and mortality in the hospital setting.

ABSTRACT

This study is to evaluate the appropriateness of Telehealth/VideoCall consultations with local patients during COVID-19 period from a clinician point of view, exploring its efficacy, communication challenges, compliance, and potentiality of ongoing use in the post COVID-19 time. Study Design: Cross-sectional surveys of clinicians in different specialities, who participated in telehealth/videocall in Western Australia hospitals. Methods: We surveyed 178 clinicians from Western Australia hospitals, in different specialties who attended Telehealth/VideoCall in COVID-19 period and measured perceptions of the comparative experience of Telehealth/VideoCall appointments and face-to-face consultations. Results: Upon comparing the Telehealth/VideoCall and face-to-face consults, 62.71% of clinicians believe that Telehealth/VideoCall cannot replace face-to-face clinics. 65.64% of clinicians believe that Telehealth/VideoCall has met patients' expectations, However, only 5.6% of clinicians thought that patients' satisfaction was difficult to achieve with Telehealth/VideoCalls. Conclusions: Telehealth/VideoCall clinics may enhance patients' compliance with the clinics compared to face-to-face appointments. However, the latter is believed to be the best way of healthcare delivery.
